Buyers and Sellers have unique Real Estate Service needs, and RI$ serves a very specific niche of clients. The services of RI$ are geared toward the residential investor, which means at the most basic level, our clients have been party to at least one Real Estate transaction in the past.

By regularly participating in Landlord Roundtable discussions, we listened, and realized the Residential Investor has very different approaches to Real Estate than a person buying a home they intend to live in. Traditional Real Estate Brokerages are structured toward the emotional tug of home buyers and sellers whose family and personal preferences influence the decisions. Investors tend to approach investment purchases and sales by the math in a detached, objective manner.

Whether you are just starting to invest in Real Estate, or you are a seasoned investor, the RI$ mission is: to maximize client buying power, selling equity, and diversify your portfolio mix.
